Criteria for Financial Assistance for National Championships
Approved September 19, 2004 (revised February 26, 2005)
The AANB provides financial assistance to qualifying archers
to FCA National Competitions. The following criteria must be met
before an Athlete can be considered for funding.
1. Be an AANB member of good standing.
2. Be a permanent resident of New Brunswick
3. Have 2 qualify scores from registered AANB tournaments in the
category applied for. Table
A for FITA and Table
B for 3D.
4. Must attend the National Championship.
5. Qualifying scores can include those from the previous nationals
and any other tournament shot up to the current nationals.
6. Must conduct themselves in proper fashion at all events. Inappropriate
conduct may result in the withholding of funds by the committee.
7. The deadline for assistance applications is Aug 30th of the
year applied for.
8. It is the archer's responsibility to apply and submit the qualifying
scores, with copies of signed scorecards after the national event
has been completed.
Break down of assistance will be as follows:
" 1 archer 50% of total to be allotted.
" 2 Archers 75% of total to be allotted
" 3 or more archers 90% of total to be allotted.
